Guadalupe Flores serves in the Human Resources Department at Reading Truck, where she brings a deep commitment to people, connection, and community impact. Beyond her professional role, Guadalupe’s true passion lies in serving others. Since 2020, she has been actively involved with the Oakbrook Community, collaborating with the local health care center, the Reading Housing Authority, and the United Way to connect residents with vital resources and support. From 2021 to 2022, Guadalupe had the honor of serving as a board member for the 18th Wonder Organization, where she gained valuable insights into grassroots leadership and the power of collaboration. No matter where she serves, Guadalupe’s mission remains constant—to uplift others and help strengthen her community. Her passion for service continues to guide her work, both professionally and personally, as she strives to empower others and create meaningful, lasting change.
