Megan Masano

Megan Masano is the Director of Corporate & Community Development at Tom Masano Auto Group in Reading, Pennsylvania. A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Megan began her career as an HR Generalist at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races in West Virginia, where she developed strong skills in human resources, communication, and organizational development. After gaining valuable experience in human resources and employee engagement, she returned home to join her family’s automotive business. She now focuses on strengthening corporate culture and building community partnerships. Megan is a member of 18th Wonder Improvement Association and is passionate about connecting with people, supporting local initiatives, and continuing to uplift the City of Reading.
